Ten minutes on the floor. Shoulders that finally drop.
Necktopia is a firm foam cradle with 14 raised points. You lie back, rest your neck in the curve and let your own body weight press into the tight spots along your neck and upper back. No plugs, no charging, no settings.
A simple tool for the end of a long day.
Most of us spend the day with our head pushed forward: over a laptop, a phone, a steering wheel. By the evening the muscles at the base of the skull and across the tops of the shoulders feel tight and heavy.
Necktopia gives those muscles somewhere to rest. It's a contoured block of firm EVA foam, split down the middle so your spine sits in the gap while the raised points sit either side of it. Lie back on the floor, a bed or the sofa and gravity does the rest.
It doesn't vibrate, heat up or need charging. It's the same idea as lying on a pair of tennis balls, just shaped to fit the curve of your neck and wide enough to stay put.
Every part has a job.

- 1
Curved head rest
The wide, rounded end supports the base of your skull so your neck can lengthen instead of bending.
- 2
Split centre channel
A gap runs down the middle, so the pressure sits on the muscles either side of your spine, not on the spine itself.
- 3
14 raised points
Rounded nodes of different sizes press into the neck, the tops of the shoulders and between the shoulder blades.
- 4
Firm EVA foam
Dense enough to hold its shape under your weight, light enough (about 430 g) to slide under the sofa or into a bag.
Honest answer: it suits some people more than others.
Good fit if you…
- sit at a desk or laptop for most of the day
- like firm pressure, the "good ache" kind
- want a ten-minute wind-down without a screen
- prefer something you can use every day at home
Probably not for you if…
- you have a neck injury or condition: check with your doctor first
- you're pregnant: speak to your midwife or GP before using it
Three steps. No instructions booklet needed.

Lay it flat, prongs towards your head
Use the floor or a firm bed, bumps facing up. The two prongs point to where your head will go and the tail points down your back. A soft mattress lets it sink, so the points press less.

Lie back onto it
Lower yourself down so your upper back rests on it and your neck sits in the gap between the two prongs, with your head resting just beyond the tips. Your spine stays in the centre channel.

Breathe and let go
Knees bent, arms by your sides, let your shoulders sink. Start with 2–3 minutes and work up to around 10. Shift up or down a little to move the pressure.
Tip: bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor. It takes the strain off your lower back and lets your upper back settle onto the points.
The how-to photos are illustrations made to show the steps clearly. They are not customer photos.
What it usually feels like.
Firmer than you expect
The points feel strong at first. Keep it short: two or three minutes is plenty.
Finding your spot
Move a few centimetres up or down until the pressure sits where you feel tightest.
Easier to relax into
Most people find they can stay longer. Work up towards ten minutes.
Part of the routine
A quick session after work or before bed. If anything hurts rather than aches, stop.

Things people ask before buying.
Will it hurt?
It's firm, so the first few sessions can feel intense, a bit like a sports massage. That's why we suggest starting with two or three minutes. It should feel like a strong ache that eases, not sharp pain. If it hurts, stop.
Which way round does it go?
The wide, rounded end goes under the base of your skull and the narrow tail points down your back, with your spine in the centre gap. Shuffle up or down to move the pressure.
Can I use it on a bed or sofa?
Yes. A firm surface gives the strongest pressure; a soft mattress gives a gentler feel because it sinks a little.
How often can I use it?
Most people use it once a day for up to ten minutes, often after work or before bed. Listen to your body and take a day off if you feel sore.
Is it a medical device?
No. Necktopia is a relaxation tool. It isn't designed to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have an injury, a medical condition or ongoing pain, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 working days and usually arrive in 7–12 working days. Delivery is free and tracked to all UK addresses.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind; return postage is paid by you. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it under your rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.
