Delivery

• Free UK delivery on all orders.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delays or missing parcels

Delivery times are estimates, and busy periods (like Christmas) can cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out, either by sending a replacement or giving you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order is dispatched.
