Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Necktopia. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Changed your mind?

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return your item. Contact us using the details on our Contact page with your order number.
• We'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of return postage.
• We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it), using your original payment method. This includes the original delivery charge, if you paid one.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll offer you a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any return costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
